KEY INGREDIENTS

The 5 Active Ingredients of HELIOS serum:

1. Silver Birch Bark Extract: Birch bark contains the triterpene betulin. Betulin is the reason behind the plant’s resilience to harsh weather conditions. It helps support the skin barrier and strengthens the skin’s natural moisture-retention mechanisms.

Action: Thanks to its natural defensive properties, birch bark extract strengthens the proteins of the skin barrier, while also stimulating the production of more water-retaining amino acids (NMF) within the stratum corneum. The result is an immediate sensation of hydrated skin.

2. Hydrogenated Lecithin: It mimics the skin’s outer layer.

Action: It strengthens and protects the lipids of the skin barrier. At the same time, its water-retaining capacity helps replenish the skin’s naturally limited amount of moisture-retaining amino acids (NMF). The result is long-term hydration and improved skin elasticity.

3. Prickly Pear Seed Oil: One of the most premium cosmetic oils. This oil is extracted from the seeds of the prickly pear fruit and contains linoleic acid in the impressive percentage of 49,7% to 70% and oleic acid (18,8% έως 21,81%).

Action: The ratio of these two fatty acids is ideal for offering strong protection to the skin barrier, enhancing repair mechanisms, and significantly reducing the likelihood of irritation. The result is smooth and radiant skin, that does not wrinkle easily.

4. Panthenol: Also known as provitamin B5, panthenol is ideal for all skin types and ideal especially for sensitive skin.

Action: It has soothing effects on the skin, reducing the appearance of redness and minor irritations, leaving the skin looking more radiant. It is especially beneficial for Helios serum because of its excellent moisturizing power.

5. Caffeine: Caffeine is a water-soluble compound found in the beans, leaves, and fruits of certain plants, including coffee. It offers remarkable benefits for facial skin.

Action: It has antioxidant properties, therefore a strong anti-wrinkle effect. It immediately improves the appearance of the skin, making it glow. Additionally, it enhances local microcirculation, reducing puffiness and promoting a more refreshed appearance.

HOW TO USE

On clean skin and with clean hands, gently press the pump to dispense the ideal amount of serum. You will need approximately the size of a chickpea. Apply evenly to the face. The product absorbs instantly, leaving your skin soft, radiant, and refreshed. It is also an excellent product for the under-eye area.

Ideal for use on its own or before cream, morning and/or evening.
